Cranberry Shortbread Stars will leave you star struck this winter. They are so easy to make yet they taste absolutely delicious. A batch of these will feed an army so they are great to make around Thanksgiving and Christmas when you know you’ll have people dropping by unannounced.

These shortbread cookies are very easy to make. Start by making a simple shortbread. Add chopped dried cranberries and shape the dough into a disk. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling out the shortbread and cutting out star shaped cookies. Bake and enjoy!

Steps to make Cranberry Shortbread Stars

Beat butter, sugar and salt

Beat butter, confectioners' sugar and salt together in a large bowl until fully incorporated.

Add vanilla and flour

Mix in the vanilla and beat in the flour gradually.

Add cranberries
