This Chicken Pizzaiola recipe is an easy and tasty chicken dish you should definitely try! Loaded with vegetables and coated in a delicious sauce. Pizzaiola means ‘in the style of pizza’, i.e. containing all your favorite pizza ingredients! And apart from the cheese, that’s true for this recipe.

Bell peppers, tomatoes, oregano, crushed red pepper – all the best pizza toppings combined here to make a yummy sauce, bulked out by some potatoes, that will coat the perfectly cooked chicken breasts. The recipe is easy to follow too, just brown the meat off first, cook everything else together in the same pan and then spoon the sauce over before baking.
