½ cup Oats quick-cooking
¾ cup Evaporated milk (or half-and-half)
1 ​ Large eggs beaten
¼ cup Brown sugar light (or dark brown sugar, packed)
¼ cup Vinegar
For garnish:
Tomatoes
Fresh spinach
Eggs slices, hard-cooked

Preheat oven and prepare baking pan

Heat the oven to 350 °F and grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Prepare loaf mixture

In a mixing bowl, mix ground ham, mustard, chopped onion, parsley, oats, milk, and egg until combined. Transfer and press into prepared loaf pan.

In a small saucepan, stir brown sugar and vinegar, heat until sugar has dissolved. Pour over the meatloaf.
