Make sure to prick the crust with a fork in several spots along the bottom to allow the steam to escape while baking. Next, make the filling by blending all the ingredients besides cornstarch and agar-agar in a high-powered blender. Then, combine the mixture with cornstarch and agar-agar and bring to a brief boil. Once the filling is cool, assemble the tart and chill in the refrigerator until set. I usually leave mine overnight. Serve garnished with fresh peach slices, berries, or almond slivers.
