These Ham & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms are so tasty and super quick and simple to make. I love to make these delicious appetizers for parties. Whenever I make these stuffed mushrooms I use a blend of two cheeses: Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Try it!
To make this tasty dish, start by removing the stems from the mushrooms. Discard or save for another use. Combine all the other ingredients and divide the filling mixture evenly between the mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are softened and the filling is golden. Serve on a platter.
To make the Ham & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, you will need the following ingredients:
Heat the oven to 400 °F.
Remove the stems from 8 large white mushrooms and discard or save for another recipe.
Combine 3 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese, 1 ½ cups of chopped deli ham and 1 teaspoon of garlic salt.
Divide the filling between each of the mushroom caps.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the filling is golden and the mushrooms have softened.
Serve warm on a serving platter.
