These Honey Garlic Pork Chops are so amazing. Sweet and sticky, juicy and full of flavor. And they only take 22 minutes from start to finish! What’s not to love? I think honey and garlic is a winning combination flavorwise. This sauce has the added acidity of vinegar which cuts through the sweetness of the honey sauce slightly.
Start by searing seasoned pork chops in a hot skillet. Remove the chops and place on a plate. Make the sauce in the same pan by melting butter and sautéing garlic before adding honey, water and vinegar. Increase the heat to thicken the sauce before returning the pork chops. I love to serve these chops with spaghetti and vegetables, but you could also serve it with pasta or potatoes.
To make Honey Garlic Pork Chops, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven broiler to medium-high heat.
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder on both sides.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sear the seasoned pork chops on both sides until golden and cooked through. Transfer the chops to a plate and set aside.
Reduce the heat under the skillet to medium. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in and scrape any bits from the bottom of the pan using a wooden spatula.
Add 6 minced cloves of garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add ¼ cup of honey, ¼ cup of water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Increase the heat to medium-high. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce reduces and thickens slightly.
Return the pork chops to the pan and baste generously using the sauce. Place the skillet under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until edges are slightly charred.
Serve with rice or pasta, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Very juicy, I thought making these would be hard but turns out it's quite simple if you follow the steps.
I'd say this is easily one of my favorite recipes to make that involves pork, i'm usually a sirloin steak/beef kinda gal but these pork chops won me over.
Affordable recipe and amazingly tasty, the honey in this is actually kinda distinct which is what I love.
Yummy! Loved these with some brown rice and a little bit of squeezed lime on the top.
Accidently used salted butter instead of unsalted but actually turned out just fine so no worries if you make the same mistake as I did.
Kids gobbled these right up without complaints, even the veggies that were on the side!
