To make my version of Maple Oven-Roasted Asparagus, you will need the following ingredients:
Heat your oven to 450 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Combine 1 teaspoon of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup in a small bowl.
Arrange the asparagus on the baking sheet in a single layer. Season to taste with salt and pepper and pour over the maple syrup mixture. Toss to ensure the asparagus is evenly coated.
Roast in the oven for 7-10 minutes until the asparagus is tender. Remove the cooked asparagus from the oven and toss well to coat with the balsamic mixture.
