Parker House Rolls

Recipe Description

A few years ago, we spent Thanksgiving in Parker House and for Thanksgiving dinner, they served their signature Parker House Rolls. I got the recipe and have made a batch of these every Thanksgiving since and they always go down a treat. They really are the perfect dinner rolls!

To make these delicious rolls, start by making a milk and butter based dough. Knead for 5 minutes and leave to double in size. Knock out the air and shape into rolls before leaving to rise again. When the dough has doubled in size again, bake in the oven until golden brown. Brush with melted butter before serving and enjoy!
