- ¾ cup Applesauce
- 4 Applessmall
- 3 tbsp Unsalted buttermelted and cooled
- 3 tbsp Sugar

These Puff Pastry Apple Tartlets are so simple to make and I think they look very professional. My secret to great puff pastry? Buy it in the store!!! I have never had much success when making puff pastry from scratch, so I have no problem buying frozen sheets and thawing them when I need them.
To make these tartlets, start by cutting squares from pastry sheets. As the pastry squares blind bake in the oven, prepare the apple filling and sugar-cinnamon butter. Fill each pastry with applesauce, sliced apple and brush with melted sugar-cinnamon butter. Glaze the pastry and bake until golden and puffed up. Leave to cool before sprinkling with icing sugar. Heat oven and prepare baking sheet
Prepare pastry squares
Blind bake pastry squares
Mix butter, cinnamon and sugar

Leave to cool
