Cook chicken breast, potatoes and beet

In 3 separate saucepans, boil 1 chicken breast and 1 beet for 40 minutes, and 3 potatoes for 20 minutes. Once boiled, set aside to cool.

Pickle onion

In a small bowl, place 1 diced onion and drizzle with 1 teaspoon boiling water and a few droplets of vinegar. Leave to pickle for 10 minutes.

Prepare potatoes

Peel and grate the potatoes. Season with a pinch of salt.

Assemble salad

Place a glass in the center of a serving platter. Layer the grated potatoes around the glass and cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Add onion

Layer the pickled onion and cover with mayonnaise.

Chopp the chicken breast and season with salt to taste. Make the next layer with the chopped chicken and mayonnaise.
