This Spicy Apricot Glazed Chicken is a combination of all different flavours with sweetness from the apricot preserves and spice from the chili sauce and hot mustard.
Broil chicken to a juicy perfection and brush with the apricot sauce just towards the last 5 minutes of cooking for a crispy glaze topping. Save some of the sauce to serve as a delicious gravy, drizzled over the top, if you wish!
To make Spicy Apricot Glazed Chicken, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the broiler.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the apricot preserves, chili sauce, hot mustard, salt and pepper and stir until heated through.
Grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the greased baking pan and broil for 6-8 minutes on each side. Brush the chicken occasionally, with the apricot sauce, for glazing, during the last minutes of cooking.
Serve hot!
