Spicy Pickled Grapes

Recipe Description

Do Spicy Pickled Grapes sound like a weirdly intriguing recipe to you? A sweet and spicy, grape salad, incorporating different flavors, spices and tastes from sugary sweetness to tangy vinegars and a variation of fresh roots.

To be specific, I toss halved green and red grapes with sugar, in a boiled dressing of white vinegar, cider vinegar everywhere, banana pepper slices, jalapeño slices, red chili slices, cinnamon sticks, fresh ginger root slices, coriander seeds, allspice and hot sauce and then chill overnight. Sounds unusual but it will open up your taste buds and get your senses flowing. A delicious snack or accompaniment for curry night.
