- 1 cup Confectioners' sugar

This Starbucks Lemon Loaf Copycat is absolutely delicious. I love the moist citrusy flavor from this drizzle cake. If you have any extra glaze, you can spread it on each slice of cake to add extra lemony sweetness!
To make this cake start by mixing together eggs, sugar, and sour cream. Add lemon zest and extract and mix in dry ingredients. Mix together until you have a smooth batter.
