Left mine to sit in the fridge for a day and it became kinda jello-ish, was still yummy though.

Can I just use normal yogurt or does it have to be greek?

Chocolate chips do this recipe a lot of justice.

Vegetarian chia pudding is my new favorite besides the mud pie in a jar which I eat on my cheat days (-;

Too much vanilla extract can ruin the taste better and safer to go with vanilla sugar instead still leaves a vanilla taste and even stronger one in my opinion :)

Cherries are even better for this they make it 10xs more sweet but i loved both equally so still a 5 star meal.
