This Sweet Noodle Kugel is a great recipe for Passover. It is easy to prepare and once you have put it together, you only need to bake it in the oven for an hour and it is ready to serve. My family loves the sweet sauce combined with the pasta noodles!

Start by cooking the noodles in boiling water. Whisk together eggs, butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add the noodles and combine fully with the sauce. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake in the oven for an hour.

The recipe is good. However, you cannot eat kugel made this way for Passover. No wheat products. You could change the noodles to Gluten free noodles though. This recipe this way is great for Rosh Hashanah.

I am a complete kugel newbie as I had never made any before, found this recipe and decided to give it a go. I am really amazed at how it turned out. Perfectly mixed and cooked, so delicious.

Saylor Velten

By far the most authentic kugel recipe I have found, thanks for sharing it. Will be preparing this tonight.

Decided to give this a try and I must say that that this recipe is quick and easy to make and I did not even make a mess, the Kugel turned out beautifully. I served this for my family and everybody loved it.

This is the most wonderful recipe and I have made it several times already. I made this for my colleagues at work and they went nuts for this kugel. Thank you so much for your easy to follow recipe.

I doubled the recipe and made two of these kugels and they came out fabulous. Everyone loved them. The only modifications I did was to add sliced apples into the mix. By the way, this kugel is great cold, at room temperature or warmed up if you have leftovers but unlikely you will have any!

Mabel Brekken

Best kugel I’ve ever tasted. My husband who doesn’t like kugel ate the whole thing. Made exactly as directed and it was not hard at all, perfect.

I looked high and low for a kugel recipe that would bring back childhood memories and stumbled upon this one, prepared it once just as a test and it turned out great! The taste was amazing and my kids, despite having kugel for the first time absolutely loved it.

Never thought you could make something sweet with noodles until I found this recipe, it looks good and tastes amazing. Everything you would want in a dessert.

I have not had kugel since I was a kid when my mom used to prepare it, while browsing through recipes I stumbled upon this one and felt really nostalgic to the point where I had to make it. I was stunned by the fact how close to home the taste turned out to be.

I lost my recipe for sweet Kugel and thought this might be close. Turned out to be even better, I added some raisins into the mix, It came out of the oven golden brown and the taste was godly!

Caleigh Gutshall

It turned out kinda dry and crumbly for me, I think it needs a little more moisture so I added some caramel to the top, was good.

Dayana Feygin

I had mine with strawberries and blueberries instead of cherries because I'm not a fan of them, this was heaven on earth afterwards! I'll be making this for my daughters birthday party.

Britney Foy

Takes too much time in my opinion but I like the taste so i'll probably be making it again some day.

Arlene Dropp

I was looking for a kugel recipe because it was my pop’s favorite dish as a kid — made by his own grandma and It seems that I have found one that is just right, thank you so much.

Made this recipe again and again for special occasions tweaking it to add variety and let me tell you - each time it turns out great and everybody loves it. You can add almost any kind of fruit into it for some extra flavor.
