Doesn’t Taco Stuffed Bread just sound absolutely delicious? Soft French loaf or baguette stuffed and filled with ground beef sprinkled with taco seasoning and melted Сheddar cheese then topped with green onions, olives, tomatoes and cilantro to give you the full taco flavor.

Celebrating the Cinco De Mayo festival or not, this recipe is ready for your Mexican fiesta!

To make Taco Stuffed Bread, you will need the following ingredients:

Steps to make Taco Stuffed Bread

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

Prepare bread

Carefully slice off the top of the French loaf and remove some of the middle, creating a well in the center of the piece.

Cook beef

In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef until no longer pink, then drain excess grease.

Season

Sprinkle 1 package of taco seasoning over the cooked beef and mix well to combine.

Add cheese

Add ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and mix until melted through. Remove from heat.

Fill loaf

Fill the mixture into the French loaf and top with sprinkles from the remaining 1½ cups of Cheddar cheese.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven.

Add toppings

Add any of the toppings of your choice such as sprinkles of green onions, olives, tomatoes and cilantro leaves, if you wish.

Serve

Slice into 2-inch pieces and serve hot! Enjoy!
