In a mixing bowl, place 2 ounces cream cheese and beat on high until softened.

Add 4 egg yolks one at a time and mix until combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl and beat until smooth.

Add in 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.

Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Try not to deflate the egg whites too much.

For each cloud bread, spoon ¼ cup of the egg mixture onto the baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread into ten 4-inch circles, approximately ¾-inch high. Leave some space around each circle.
