I’m delighted to share The Perfect Mexican Michelada recipe with you today. This refreshing cocktail will be an amazing addition to your Cinco de Mayo feast this year. I use Clamato juice in this recipe which, as the name suggests, is a combination of tomato and clam juice. If you can’t get any Clamato, tomato juice makes a good substitute.
To make this cocktail, start by combining salt and Tajin seasoning on a shallow plate. Moisten the rims of two-pint glasses using a lime wedge. Dip the glasses into the salt mixture to coat the rim. Fill both glasses ⅔ full with ice. Divide Clamato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and hot sauce between each glass. Top up the glasses with Mexican beer. Garnish with lime wedges and enjoy!

Mix together 2 tablespoons of salt and ¾ teaspoon of Tajin seasoning on a shallow plate.
Moisten the rims of two-pint glasses with a lime wedge. Dip the moistened rims in the salt mixture.
Fill each of the glasses ⅔ full with ice.
Divide ⅔ cup of Clamato juice, ¼ cup of lime juice and 4 drops each of worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and hot sauce evenly between each glass.
Top each of the glasses with Mexican lager beer.
Serve garnished with lime wedges.
