Pastrey puff dough is the best for this, turns out fluffy and soft on the inside but crunchy around the sides so taste fantastic!
Much prefer the smoky cheese and onion tart but the flavor in this isn't too bad.
I actually hate spinach so I didn't actually add any to it and replaced a bit of things in this meal such as the bacon and cheddar chese, I used sausage and goat cheese as replacements.
So easy and delicious tart!
