Use a premade puff pastry is best and top with tons of grated Cheddar cheese that melts and drips all over, a couple cracked eggs, crispy bacon strips and spinach leaves. Preheat the oven to 400 °F.

Transfer the prepared pastry to a baking sheet and carefully slice a 1-inch border without cutting all the way through. Use a fork to pierce a few random holes.

Remove pure baked pastry from the oven and add the toppings, starting with ½ cup of grated Cheddar cheese in the center. Top with an even layer of spinach leaves and bacon strips across the tart. Finally, crack 4 eggs randomly over.

I actually hate spinach so I didn't actually add any to it and replaced a bit of things in this meal such as the bacon and cheddar chese, I used sausage and goat cheese as replacements.
