Recipe Description

This Healthy Tuna Protein Box is one of my favorite make-ahead lunches. It is packed full of protein from tuna and eggs, so this delicious lunch is sure to keep you full until dinner time!

Start by hard boiling eggs. Once cooked, leave to cool. Once cold, remove the shells and chop. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the tuna salad ingredients. Once combined, divide the salad between containers. Add the remaining ingredients to the containers and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Enjoy cold for a delicious lunch.

    Cook eggs

    Cook 4 eggs until hard boiled. Leave to cool.

    Once cool enough to handle, remove the shells. Chop into quarters.

    Combine a 5-ounce can of drained tuna with 2 tablespoons of mayo, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped celery. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir until fully mixed.
