To make this salad, start by combining arugula with white beans, tuna, tomatoes, olives and red onion. Drizzle the ingredients with olive oil and lemon juice and toss to combine. Before serving, top the salad with crumbled feta cheese and season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper.
