Vegan No Mayo Coleslaw

Recipe Description

This Vegan No Mayo Coleslaw is so delicious – you will want to make it all the time! It is made using red and green cabbage, carrots, red onion, and jalapeño and dressing with a homemade sugar-free olive oil and vinegar dressing. This slaw is the perfect dish to pack for your next party, potluck or picnic!

To make this, start by placing green cabbage, red cabbage and grated carrot in a bowl.
Add onion, parsley, jalapeno and celery seed. Toss gently to combine. Make the dressing by placing olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a mason jar. Place the lid on top and give the jar a good shake. Dress the salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve. Yum!
