I love a good healthy treat and these Walnut Bliss Balls with Chia, Coconut and Carob are the perfect winner! Ready in just minutes, I use walnuts, oats, dates and carob powder, processed and rolled into balls and dipped in coconut flakes, carob powder and chia seeds.
In my house, these don’t last very long, however, store them in a gorgeous, tightly covered container and enjoy for up to a week.
To make Walnut Bliss Balls with Chia, Coconut and Carob, you will need the following ingredients:
In a food processor, pulse the walnuts, oats and carob powder, together, until they become like a rough flour.
Add the dates, vanilla and salt and continue pulsing until the mixture sticks together. If you feel that your mixture is too crumbly or dry, add 1 tablespoon coconut oil or extra dates.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into ball-shapes.
Roll balls in the coconut flakes, carob powder and chia seeds, to coat.
Enjoy as is!
