Ice creams will never be the same after you’ve tried these Watermelon and Cream Ice Pops. I made these for the first time for my daughter’s birthday party and the girls just loved them. In fact, I started making a new batch, with them, as a party activity when the original pops ran out.
Combining chopped watermelon, almond milk, full-fat plain Greek yogurt, crumbled sandwich cookies and maple syrup for sweetener, homemade ice creams will soon become extremely popular in your house too, with this recipe!
To make Watermelon and Cream Ice Pops, you will need the following ingredients:
In ice cream molds, layer some of the watermelon and crumbled sandwich cookies, alternating between each filling, until almost all the way to the top. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the milk, Greek yogurt and maple syrup together until well combined and smooth.
Pour the cream mixture into the ice molds, between the watermelon and sandwich cookies, until the molds are completely full.
Freeze ice pops according to the mold manufacturers instructions.
Enjoy frozen on a cool summers day!
