These White Pizza Appetizers will go down a treat at your next party! Bring out a platter of these delicious little appetizers and watch them disappear! These little quick-fix pizzas are the crowd pleaser you have been looking for. I like to make mine suitable for vegetarians but you could add some ham or bacon too if you know you are catering for meat lovers.
These couldn’t be easier to make either. Start by rolling out the puff pastry and prick all over with a fork. Sprinkle with garlic powder and bake until golden. Top the pastry with cheese, olives, pepper and oregano and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove the pastry from the baking sheets and leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into mini pizza squares.
To make my White Pizza Appetizers, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
Roll out the puff pastry into a 15x10-inch rectangle and cut in half. Place each pastry sheet on a baking sheet. Prick all over with a fork and sprinkle with ½ a teaspoon of garlic powder.
Bake the pastry sheets for 10 minutes until golden.
Top each pastry sheet with the cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup of sliced olives, ¼ cup of finely chopped pepper and ¼ teaspoon of crushed dried oregano leaves.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Leave the pastry sheets to cool on wire racks for 10 minutes before cutting each one into 16 squares.
Serve on large platters.
