Ate mine cold for lunch today tasted even better after sitting in the fridge for an hour.
First time I ever made something French it was pretty good though I think some more cheese would've done the trick to really perfect this meal maybe some mozzarella or something.
Zucchini is one of my favorite things to add in to my day and this recipe was refreshing.
Really amazing taste and not too difficult to make though I did add some olives into my gratin too for a more juicy texture.
Well not what I expected but it wasn't bad.
Didn't think too much of this recipe I actually think the vegetable gratin is better.
Scrumptious and it's vegetarian! Very happy with how it turned out.
Awesome loved every bite of it going to try it out with some cheesy garlic bread on the side too.
Enjoyed making this tomato gratin, simple colorful and delicious exactly what I was looking for in a lunch meal :)
