These chaffles couldn’t be easier to make either. Start by mixing eggs together and add dried parsley and ground black pepper. Add shredded cheese to the eggs and mix well. Pour the egg and cheese mixture into a preheated waffle maker and close it until the chaffles are cooked. This will depend on your waffle maker. Mine makes 4 square, regular waffles at the time, which is 2 servings.
To make my 2-Cheese Keto Chaffle, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat waffle maker.
Whisk 2 large eggs together and add 1 teaspoon of dried parsley and ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
Add 2 ounces each of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese and season and whisk to combine.
Pour the egg mixture into the waffle iron and close it until cooked.
Once cooked, serve 2 chaffles per person.
