Amy’s Marvelous Marbled Cheesecake
Creamy and beautiful to look at, this Amy’s Marvelous Marbled Cheesecake is a bit of a showstopper! It’s a baked rather than set cheesecake (the world is divided into people who prefer baked and people who don’t!) and the texture is wonderfully smooth and creamy, especially set against the crunchiness of the cracker base.
Marbled effect baking always intimidated me as it looked so spectacular and I assumed it must be super difficult to do at home, but it really isn’t! With this method, all you need is a few swirls of a knife (see the picture) and it will come out looking like it truly deserves a spot at the center of the dinner table!
