Asian Salmon in Foil
Asian Salmon in Foil is my go to recipe when I am craving a healthy meal which is packed full of the flavors of my mother’s home cooking. As the smell of soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil fill my kitchen, I am transported to my mother’s kitchen where I used to help her prep our family meals. This salmon is a take on one of her beloved recipes.Â
It couldn’t be easier to make this salmon dish. Simply whip up a marinade mixture of honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, Sriracha and pepper. Place the fish on a foil sheet and gather the sides. Pour the mixture over the fish and seal the edges of the foil package. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until you have perfectly cooked fish.
