This thick and creamy Avocado Banana Green Smoothie is loaded with vitamins, fiber, and healthy fats. It’s filling enough to make a super healthy breakfast and keeps you satisfied for the whole morning. It is perfect for Keto diet as well.
Use your favorite plant-based milk as a base, add whichever protein powder works best for you and you can always experiment with a few extra ingredients (I’ve suggested a few potentials!). For me though the creamy avocado, naturally sweet banana and healthy greens work in perfect harmony on their own, making this a wonderfully delicious gluten-free, sugar-free vegan recipe!
To make Avocado Banana Green Smoothie, you will need the following ingredients:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend at a high speed until smooth and creamy. Scrape the smoothie from the sides of the blender if needed.
Adjust the thickness of the smoothie to your preference. If it’s too thin, add some more avocado or banana, if it’s too thick, splash in a little more milk, and blend again.
Adjust the flavor to your taste, upping the avocado for extra creaminess or banana for sweetness. Or if you want more of a kick of iron, add a few more greens.
Pour into two glasses and drink straight away.
This Green Avocado Smoothie With Banana is good to go, but why not experiment with some of your own add-ins? You could try a scoop of nut butter for extra flavor, seeds such as chia, hemp or sesame for a little crunch, blueberries or raspberries for a little extra sweetness or a teaspoon of cinnamon for a different twist.
