1 clove Garlic smashed
small handful of Cilantro roughly chopped
1/2 tbsp of Lime juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
For serve:
Cilantro roughly chopped, to garnish
1 fried Eggs optional

Avocado Pasta is my one-pot, one-person quick pasta dinner. I love this recipe for its simplicity. It tastes absolutely delicious too! Creamy and bursting with the fresh flavor of garlic, lime and cilantro. I sometimes fry an egg and place it on top but that’s totally up to you viagra sin receta!

It couldn’t be easier to make this dish. Simply cook your pasta according to the package. Blend the avocado, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil and toss with the pasta. Thin the avocado sauce out with pasta water if needed. Top with a fried egg and a sprinkle of freshly chopped cilantro.

Cook the pasta

Follow the package instructions to cook the pasta.

Prepare the sauce

While the pasta is cooking the avocado, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Drain the pasta

Drain the pasta and reserve 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.

Combine pasta and sauce

Mix the cooked pasta with the avocado sauce. Thin with some reserved pasta water if you need to.

Season to taste

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve

Top with a fried egg and a garnish of cilantro and tuck in!
