This Avocado & Strawberry Smoothie is one of my favorite smoothie recipes to make when I have a busy day and don’t have time to prepare a traditional breakfast. This smoothie recipe is a healthy and delicious way to start the day.
It couldn’t be easier to make this smoothie either! From start to finish it will only take you about 5 minutes. You simply place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until you have a completely smooth mixture.
To make Avocado & Strawberry Smoothie, you will need the following ingredients:
Place the avocado, strawberries and yogurt in a blender or food processor along with 200 milliliters of reduced fat milk, lemon or lime juice and honey.
Blend the ingredients until you have a completely smooth and creamy smoothie mixture. If the mixture is a bit thick, add some water to thin it.
Divide the mixture between 2 glasses and enjoy!
