This Bacon & Egg Hash Browns recipe is a great level up from everyone’s most loved, Sunday morning breakfast. Serve fried eggs on top of a crispy hash brown decorated with crispy bacon bits.
I bet you didn’t think that family-style bacon and eggs could get better than what you are already serving but we have news, now they do! Serve as it is with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or extra-brewed hot coffee.
To make Bacon & Egg Hash Browns, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
In a small bowl, combine potatoes, 2 eggs, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking pan in a round or oval shape.

In a frying pan, cook bacon and chop into small cubes.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese evenly over and place the cooked bacon bits in a circle around the edges and diagonal cross-cutting lines over the center.
