6 cups Romaine lettuce torn
1 Tomatoes medium, diced
4 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
½ cup Ranch dressing
1 tbsp Barbecue sauce
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

BLT Pasta Salad

I adore this BLT Pasta Salad for a number of reasons. One, it combines some of my favorite ingredients – bacon, lettuce and tomato. Two, it looks great – I use bow tie pasta but you can use fusilli or shells or any pasta shape you like! Three, it is so quick and simple to prepare – I use store bought ranch dressing and barbecue sauce so I don’t even need to whisk up a dressing!

To make this, you simply cook and drain the pasta. Mix it together with the classic BLT ingredients in a large salad bowl and pour over the dressing and sauce. There you have it – delicious, quick and easy!

So, how do you make BLT Pasta Salad?

Steps to make BLT Pasta Salad

Cook pasta

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.

Drain and rinse

Drain the pasta and rinse under cold running water.

Assemble the salad.

Mix the pasta, romaine lettuce, tomato, bacon together in a large salad bowl.

Dress

Pour the ranch dressing and barbecue sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Serve

Serve immediately.
