If you are hosting brunch this week, then you have to add these cheesy, Breakfast Potatoes to your menu. They’re so good that my family enjoys them for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Using a 700-watt microwave, I have come up with a recipe that my kids are able to make too. Arrange potato and onion slices on a pre-greased, microwaveable plate, season with pepper and garlic salt and sprinkle mountains of cheese on top – there you have it folks!

Arrange the potato and onion slices on the plate and season with pepper and garlic salt.

Cover and cook, in the microwave for 9-10 minutes, until potatoes have softened.

In the final 30 seconds, sprinkle the cheese over and microwave until melted.
