It was alright but a bit too grainy for my tastebuds, though my grandma actually loved this so I'll make it again just for her.
I used unsalted butter instead so it wouldn't be too salty and thank god I did because it was salty as is, really good though just lay low on the salt.

Grainy and thick it's really good with salted crackers.
Used goat cheese instead of chedder and replaced the milk with lactose free milk too, then you got yourself a safe meal if youre lactose intoleherant like me lol.
Make this and then some bailey cake for dessert, you won't regret it!
