I especially love taking this Broccoli Corn Salad to work, for a midday “pick-me-up” lunch. It is also a great option to give your kids before a sports game or ballet practice. High in vitamins, minerals and nutrients from the salad ingredients of broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, corn kernels, grated carrot and sweet dried cranberries in a creamy mayonnaise, ranch sauce and garlic dressing.
