Cut the tops off 24 large strawberries and place them on a platter or baking sheet cut side down. Then cut an “X” into the pointed end of the strawberry. Be sure not to cut all the way through the strawberry.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag and pipe the mixture into each strawberry.
