Vegan Chickpea Crust Pizza with Greens Galore

Why eat a cheesy, white dough pizza, when you can eat a Chickpea Crust Pizza with Greens Galore! This recipe is so simple and easy to follow, you can have your gourmet, vegan pizza in just 35 minutes.

The dough is a quick 3 minute preparation with no need for sitting, resting or rising time. I have chosen to use a wide range of popular, colorful and tasty topping for this recipe, to keep it interesting and pleasing to the eye.

Following an authentically Israeli flavor choice with the chickpeas, I add pomegranate seeds, kalamata olives, hummus, avocado, red onion and a fresh arugula and mint salad topped with lemon juice, crushed garlic, sea salt and ground black pepper. What more could a pizza need?

This looks amazing! Can I add some organic tomato sauce and vegan cheese and put it back in the oven to make a pizza? I just made a chickpea omelette for the first time yesterday and loved it.

Avocado and chickpea together is the best combo you can make especially in a "pizza"! The recipe was literally fantastic.
