Hello April Fool’s Day and hello Dirt Cake! This is a fun and funny recipe with instructions to make a cake displayed like a pot plant of dirty mud and it’s great!

Served in little flower pots a delicious concoction of cream cheese, vanilla pudding, chocolate sandwich cookies and frozen whipped topping. Don’t be fooled by the look because the taste is amazing!

    In a food processor, pulse 14.3 ounces of chocolate sandwich cookies until extremely fine.

    In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of milk and 3.5 ounces of instant vanilla pudding. Cover and chill while preparing the cream cheese mixture.

    In a mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of cream cheese until fluffy.

Good dessert but the mint kinda ruins the taste, if you're like me and don't enjoy anything minty, I'd say cut out the plant part, good besides that.
