This Easy No Bake Blackberry Tart is a simple and easy no-bake tart that you can whip up in only 20 minutes and will be ready to eat after one hour chilling in the refrigerator. Blackberries are one of my favorite berries, and this tart is a tasty way to showcase them.
Start this tart by making a crust. Puree blackberries and add honey and gelatin. Melt in the microwave. In a separate bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add the sweetened condensed milk and blackberry mixture. Fold the ingredients together until combined. Transfer to the tart crust. Chill for at least one hour until set.
To make this Easy No Bake Blackberry Tart, you will need the following ingredients:
Mix together 3 cups of cookie crumbs with 5 tablespoons of melted butter in a large bowl. Using your hands, press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 10-inch tart pan.
Place the tart crust in the freezer to set.
Place 12 ounces of blackberries in a blender and process until completely smooth. Push the pureed blackberries through a fine mesh sieve and discard the seeds. Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of gelatin.
Let the blackberry mixture sit for 5 minutes. Place in the microwave to melt for 30 seconds. Stir gently.
Place 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in a separate large bowl. Beat for around 3-4 minutes until soft peaks start to form.
Drizzle ⅓ cup of sweetened condensed milk over the whipped cream. Add the melted blackberry gelatin puree and fold in gently until combined.
Transfer the blackberry filling to the prepared tart crust. Smooth the mixture and cover.
Place the tart in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
Slice and serve chilled.
