Start by preparing the vegetables. Place them in a large bowl and season with garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Italian seasoning and salt. Drizzle with olive oil. Chop the broccoli into bite size pieces and chop the onion into thick slices. Dice the potatoes, sweet potatoes and red pepper. Place them in a large bowl.
Add the drained can of chickpeas to the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
Spread the coated vegetables on each of the lined baking sheets.
Bake the veggies in the oven for about 20 minutes. Rotate the trays and continue to cook for 10 more minutes until tender and slightly browned.
Squeeze lemon wedges over the cooked vegetables.
