Easy Vegan Sheet Pan Pancakes
Everyone should have a vegan pancake recipe and it’s even better if those pancakes can be made in a sheet pan. Enter these Easy Vegan Sheet Pan Pancakes! My whole family loves these pancakes especially with the selection of delicious toppings I add to these!
To make these tasty pancakes, start by making vegan batter. The batter will be lumpy and full of big bubbles but that’s ok, it’s better not to over mix it! Pour the batter on a prepared baking sheet and even with a spatula. Decorate the top of the pancake with any optional toppings as desired. Bake in the oven until the edges are lightly browned and the top is still pale. Check it’s cooked by lightly poking the top. Slice into 16 small squares and serve with maple syrup and additional toppings.
