This 5-minute Frozen Fruit Smoothie recipe delivers a delicious ice-cold, thick breakfast smoothie. It is loaded with lots of strawberries, a frozen banana for extra creaminess, and freshly squeezed orange juice to tie it all together. For some protein, I like to add plain yogurt and milk. Plus, it is naturally sweetened with honey, making for a healthy snack you can feel good serving your family.   

The recipe is super easy. Place all of the ingredients in a high powered-blender and secure the lid. Blend until smooth and creamy, and serve immediately. If you are vegan, the milk and yogurt can be replaced with non-dairy milk and yogurt alternatives. And instead of honey, you can use maple or agave syrup.
