Grapefruit Greek Yogurt Cake
I love everything with grapefruit and this Grapefruit Greek Yogurt Cake tastes as beautiful as it looks. My kitchen trick to baking a cake that turns out extra moist and creamy is by adding Greek yogurt to the recipe. If you have pink grapefruit at your local supermarket and they’re in season then this is the perfect recipe to experiment with. Simple steps for a smooth baking experience!Â

Very filling and great for breakfast or lunch snack since it's sweet but you can add savory stuff too.
Made this with my husband yesterday because we wanted to try somethinig new, we both enjoyed it a lot.
Crumbly and not flavorful to me though my grandma had a strong liking to it.
WOW amazed by how easy it is to make this, 5 stars all the way.
Absolutely delicious thanks so much for sharing this with me!
Kinda plain in my opinion but it wasn't too bad to be honest.
This greek yogurt cake is heavenly, totally obsessing over it!
Drizzled some caramel on top with the grapefruit glaze sooo yummy.
Sooo much grapefruit it's insane! The flavor is so storng and delicious.
Was alright but if you don't add enough sugar it really won't taste great and will taste similar to pound bread.
I'm on a roll today making grapefruit stuff only and I have no regrets.
Another great recipe from my favorite chief, Nina..can't wait to see the rest of the things you make!
Accidently used sunflower oil instead of olive oil but It didn't change the taste much thankfully.
Kinda sour don't think greek yogurt was the way to go with this bread, though it was tasty it's not really sweet.
Not too sweet but super good with some coffee or sugary tea.
This is actually really good if you also make the grapefruit marmalade lol it goes well together.
Takes a while to make it but it's worth it since it taste great thx.
Becareful with the vanilla extract because if you add too much of it, it will be too strong and taste horrible.
Instead of brown sugar I used white instead cause it was more sweet.
Can't wait to have this again next week when I go to my moms she always makes it better than me.
I love it! So delicious!
