With the addition of chives and celery in the salad to give some added flavor and using Greek yogurt as a great substitute for mayonnaise, gives your well-known tuna salad an exciting spin!
To make Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad, you will need the following ingredients:
In a small bowl, whisk ¼ cup of 2% Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, juice from ½ a lemon, 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil, ⅛ teaspoon of salt, and ⅛ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
In a mixing bowl, toss 2 pouches of solid tuna, 1 finely diced celery stalk, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives.
Mix prepared yogurt mixture into the salad and stir until well combined.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
Garnish with a few microgreens for serving.
