Does this Guinness Chocolate Puddings recipe contain actual Guinness as one of the ingredients? I’m so happy to share with you that, yes, they do and we are all so excited about it. The addition of alcohol to these chocolate puddings makes them the perfect winter dessert to serve and enjoy. Not too sweet and perfectly feel-good, you wouldn’t want to miss out!
To make Guinness Chocolate Puddings, you will need the following ingredients:
Generously grease 4 9x5 cm ramekins with some butter. Set aside.
In a heatproof bowl set over a small pan of low-simmering water, slowly stir 150 g of unsalted butter with 200 g of dark chocolate and a pinch of salt until melted and combined. Remove from heat and allow it to cool a little.
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric whisk to beat 90 g of castor sugar and 3 large eggs together until pale, thick and almost doubled in volume.
Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture along with 90 ml of Guinness until just combined.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared ramekins and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to chill.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C/180 °C fan/gas 6 and place a baking tray on the top shelf.
Once chilled, bake the puddings in the preheated oven for 18 minutes then immediately remove from the oven and set to stand for a minute.
Serve warm with cream or ice cream, if you wish!

Delicious, rich, wow!
Was good but I like the soda bread muffins more cause I just add chocolate if it want it to be more sweet.
I love this chocolate guinness pudding from the moon and back, so flavorful!
Easy and affordable nothing more to add to it, it's perfect.
Best pudding you can get and it's not store bought, can't get any better than that.
Heaven on earth, I think I'm obsessed with this homemade chocolate pudding!
I added a bunch of whip cream on the top of mine too, Delicious me and my husband had it right after dinner with a glass of wine.
Really good and better than icecream all the way, i'll be making this often.
I accidently used salted butter but it doesn't change much and was still edible so don't worry if you made the same mistake as I did, the pudding should still taste the same :)
