
What a fun recipe this Ham & Cheese Panini Waffle is! It is a new take on grilled cheese sandwiches that my kids adore! Have you ever thought of using a waffle iron to cook grilled cheese sandwiches? Try it out – you won’t go back! These paninis are great for lunch or breakfast and they are a great way to include my kids in the kitchen.
Start by heating your waffle iron. Place a slice of bread in the waffle iron and top with scrambled eggs, chives, ham and provolone cheese. Top with a second slice of bread and close the waffle iron. Cook until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown. Yum!

Made it with turkey and cheese instead of ham, tasted wayy better with the turkey.
I don't have a waffle iron so I ended up making it with grilled bread but I don't mind at all, it was very good!
