I love to make this Homemade French Lime Sorbet for dessert on hot days. Lighter than ice cream and much more refreshing, your guests will adore this simple 4 ingredient sorbet. It is important if you plan to serve this sorbet as a dessert, that you allow enough time to allow the sorbet to chill.
To make this recipe, I start by bringing water, sugar and lime juice to a simmer. It is really important when you make this recipe that you do not overcook or burn the mixture or you will have to start again. Chill in the refrigerator before freezing in an ice cream maker. Enjoy this healthy zesty treat if you make it!

My Hispanic family is going to be begging me for this every family meet up LMAO we are all about that lemon/lime juice in anything and everything!!!
Daughter was NOT a fan it was just too sour for her and there waasn't much in it other than a strong lime taste, I on the other hand liked it but i feel as though it needs some kind of other sugar or sweet topping.
Affordable, simple and slightly time consuming but not enough to make you pull your hair out. Thanks for this.
There's basically nothing in this which is probably why i'm in love lol so cheap.
One of my favorite French desserts it's cold, simple and extremely flavor.
This looks kinda like a mojito icecream haha, wish they made those but this is for sure the next best thing in my opinion.
Lilly you are OUTSTANDING just like your recipes, would marry you just to have you cook all these dishes at home <3
Soo soo yummy!! Tossed in a few chopped up walnuts too so it could be kinda crunchy.
