Thirsty? Cool down with this sweet Mexican beverage for the whole family that is so easy to prepare! You will need just five simple ingredients, water, and a little time. The recipe uses only vegan ingredients, but you can make it even healthier if substituting white sugar for agave syrup. To make this traditional drink at home, start by soaking rice, almonds, and cinnamon in water in the fridge overnight. The next steps are pretty easy too. Blend rice mixture using a high-speed blender and then strain twice or three times through a very fine mesh sieve for a smooth taste. Serve with ice and an additional pinch of cinnamon if you wish!
